OnePlus Teases In-Display Fingerprint Scanner for OnePlus 6T!

    OnePlus has a new posted a new promotional video on their twitter handle featuring the In-Display fingerprint scanner on the OnePlus 6T. From recent actions from OnePlus including the OnePlus 6T page on Amazon and Ads already, you can expect OnePlus 6T to be exactly what the leaks say. The Oneplus 6T will surely have an In-display fingerprint scanner.

    This was already confirmed by from a CNET interview, According to OnePlus in the Interview, “We unlock our phones multiple times a day, and Screen Unlock reduces the number of steps to complete the action. By adding this feature as an addition to other display unlocking options such as Face Unlock, users will have options to unlock the display in a way that is most efficient for them.” The company is also reported going to call this tech “Screen Unlock”

    According to the tweet, OnePlus 6T will “unlock the future” which is basically a code for “will feature an In-display fingerprint scanner” The comment section of this particular tweet has a bunch of comments about the OnePlus 6T ditching the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack and some have posted Renders of the 6T.

    If you are still not settled with the speed of the In-display fingerprint scanner, you also have OnePlus’s Face Unlock which is pretty fast! Apparently, OnePlus was hoping to include in-display fingerprint scanning on the OnePlus 5T. But “The technology wasn’t mature enough” to provide a good user experience, the company told CNET.
