Here’s How to Hide the Notch on Google Pixel 3XL!

    Google enabling the option to hide, show, double the notch and even side notch in Android Pie was the intuition of a notch in the Pixel 3XL. Pixel 3 XL has the tallest notch in the notch city and probably the ugliest notch based on who you ask! Google did a great job hiding and not talking about it in the Made by Google event but everyone is talking about it! And of Course companies like Samsung are trolling Google and Pixel 3XL memes are worth taking a look at!

    Google has not put in a hide notch option in the display settings itself but it is possible to hide the Notch on Pixel 3XL by following these steps:

1.  Go to settings.

2.  Go to About Phone

3.  Tap on Device build number until developer options are unlocked!

4.  Head back now to the System page where you should see Developer Options

5.  In Developer Options, Look for display cut-out option and select Hide.

        Along the hide options there are a couple of other interesting options but hiding the Notch just takes your notifications bar further down whereas on other devices the notch area is used just for notification bar! We hope Google makes some improvements and provides an easier way to turn off the Notch!
