Image Of Mi Mix 3 Connected to 5G Network Posted By Xiaomi’s President!
We already know that Xiaomi confirmed that a version of Mi Mix 3 will be compatible with 5G bands and will be released in the first quarter of 2019. With the launch of the 5G model of Mi MIX 3 nearing, details related to the device is now surfacing online.
Lin Bin, President of Xiaomi, Posted an Image of a Mi Mix 3 running on a 5G network on, Weibo, The now Infamous Chinese Micro-Blogging site. In the top-right corner, there’s a 5G signal flag, suggesting that the phone is connected over a 5G network.
This shows that Xiaomi is working on the device’s compatibility with 5G and is currently in a testing phase. If everything goes as per the plan, there’s a possibility that we could see the phone launching during CES 2019 in January or MWC 2019 in February.
