Xiaomi MI Max 3 Launched In China for 250$ With 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 636, And More!
Asian Smartphone giant- Xiaomi is launching phones as quickly
as flash and are selling them in minutes or seconds in flash sales. Xiaomi launched
the successor of MI Max today in China for 17,300 Rs, 1,699 Yuan and 250 USD.
MI Max 3 has a lot to offer at its price and is a tough competition to all the
budget phone in 15-20K category. You of course get all the budget Xiaomi stuff
such as big fat batteries, MIUI and other stuff. But, does it really stand out from
the crowd? It is good enough to be in your pocket?
On paper at
least MI Max 3 sounds pretty cool and really a good deal but is the same if you
dig in deep? MI Max 3 has a massive 6.9” IPS panel which almost is a little bit
smaller than a Tablet. It also continues the tradition of Max series packing in
giant batteries with its 5,500 mAh battery. There is something to be proud of
that Xiaomi is finally letting go of its love with Snapdragon 625 and blessing
users with the newer Snapdragon 636. Let’s take a look at the specs of MI Max
3.

MI Max 3 seems
like the perfect fit for a phone within 20,000 price segment with all of its features
like a metal body, Dual rear camera, 5500 mAh Battery, and 6.9” Full HD+ screen
but what about the performance? To compliment this they should have at least
included a Snapdragon 660 is what we think as these days phones at 30,000 are
offering Snapdragon 845. But, that’s still okay since 636 is almost as powerful
as 660.
The 4GB+64GB
variant is priced at 1,699 yuan while the 6GB+128GB model comes at 1,999 yuan.
And if you belong to the 2% of our Chinese audience it also has Xiaomi’s Voice
Assistant, face unlock, scene recognition in images and other MIUI privileges. The
Smartphone is launched on China and is expected to be soon launched in India and
global market. It is to be noted that this big 6.9” screen does come in 18:9
ratio and seem futuristic and not weird like its predecessor.
For those with more storage requirements, the MI Max 3 is an ideal choice as
there is 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card.
At its heart, the Xiaomi MI Max 3 is armed with a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor which is
paired with 4GB of RAM to enable flawless performance. For ones with a
budget of 17,000 or 250$ MI Max 3 is a pretty awesome device with being available
just in China for now but is expected to hit the global market soon. To know
