Lenovo Teases Z5s With Snapdragon 678 & Android Pie!

    Lenovo’s latest Z5 series phone was the Z5 Pro and Lenovo just teased its upcoming Z5s smartphone on Weibo and to our surprise, it will be featuring a still unannounced Snapdragon SoC.  

    Lenovo is going to launch the Z5s at a press conference at the Lenovo World Headquarters in Beijing on December 28th, releasing Lenovo Z5s. Lenovo also said that the Z5s will run on Android Pie (On Lenovo’s ZUI) out of the box and with latest Snapdragon 678 processor.

    The processor might not the best but the device is said to have three rear cameras, a huge 6.3” Display, a 3210 mAh battery, and the dimension are reported to be 156.7×74.5×7.8mm. A recent Geekbench listing could tell us something about the SoC, assuming the Snapdragon 6150 is, in fact, the Snapdragon 678.

    The device is coming out on December 18 so the wait isn’t that long! We speculate that the chipset will feature two powerful Kryo 365 Gold chips, judging by the single-core results, and six other power-efficient cores. To know what happens next in the Tech World, Visit RW Tech Blog.
