Lenovo Z5 Pro With In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Snapdragon 710 & Sliding Mechanism Launched!

    Lenovo- The Chinese PC and Laptop manufacturer who often dabbles into making phones was recently making headlines for the Lenovo Z5 marketing fiasco! Well, Lenovo is now looking forward to redeeming its reputation with another Flagship the Lenovo Z5 Pro! The company released the Z5 Pro at their Global Headquarters in Beijing! The smartphone will go on sale in China starting November 11.
    To kick things off, the Z5 Pro comes in at 1998 yuan for the 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and 2298 yuan for 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The device has an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC clocked at 2x2.2 GHz 360 Gold & 6x1.7 GHz Kryo 360 Silver with coupled with Adreno 616 GPU and runs Lenovo's proprietary ZUI 10 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo.

    The 6.39-inch (1080x2340 pixels) Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass panel are able to provide 95.06% screen-to-body ratio, according to Lenovo. Additionally, there are two camera sensors, including one infrared (IR) sensor to support facial recognition and talking about Facial recognition lets move to the cameras.
    The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup that comprises a 16-megapixel and a 24-megapixel - both with a f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera setup is accompanied by a dual-tone LED flash. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with a f/2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel IR sensor to enable Face Unlock functionality. The frontal camera setup also supports a beauty mode to enhance your selfies so expect a #BeautyGate.

    The Lenovo Z5 Pro price in China has been set at CNY 1,998 (roughly Rs. 21,400) for the 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage variant, while its 128GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 2,298 (roughly Rs. 24,300). The smartphone comes in a Black color option and will go on sale in the country starting November 11. At this price point, the device competes with Mi Mix3 and Honor Magic 2.
