All We Know About Samsung Galaxy Tab S4! Specifications, Price and Launch Date!
Tablets have not exactly been the centre of focus in the
tech community for a long time and it does not seem like the condition could
get any better anytime soon. The market has been pretty dry especially for
Android tablets while iPads are still in talks. Samsung is the only player
which is legitimately still trying to bring Tablets back in 2018! Samsung is most
likely going to launch its flagship iPad Pro competitor- The Galaxy Tab S4 on
August 1. The Tab S4 is supposedly not going to launch the S4 along the Note 9 which
is scheduled to be launched on 9th of August.
Here are what
the specs of the Tab S4 according to the leaks and hints. The device is
supposed to be powered by a fat 7300 mAh battery which seems superfluous for a
Tab. Speaking of battery the Tab S4 might need a big battery as it is expected
to come with a 2560×1600 resolution 16:10 aspect ratio 10.5-inch IPS panel. As
the latest trend is going bezel-less, We can expect S4 to trim a little bit of
its bezels and provide a modern look and also thinner than previous versions.
The S4 is also supposed to offer Android 8.1 Oreo-based Samsung Experience UI.
For photo enthusiasts, The S4 will sport a 13MP rear camera and a 8MP selfie shooter.
For connectivity the S4 will offer a USB Type-C, a 3.5mm Headphone jack,
Bluetooth 5.0, and Samsung DeX.
Rumours have been that the S4 might ditch the
Fingerprint sensor for a superior Iris Scanner. Which perfectly ads up to the
leak of the Tab being slimmer. Samsung might as well add Facial recognition as
there is no limitations to biometric unlocking systems with ranging from
Fingerprint sensor to a combination of Iris and Facial regoniton. We hope that
a new DNA unlock does not emerge over the years. The Samsung S4 being a
Flagship device will reportedly be powering Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Which is a
literally the second best processor by Snapdragon.
The Samsung Galaxy
Tab S4 may cost you 600-800 USD or 40,000-50,000 INR. It is supposed to come in
three distinct colours Black, White, and Grey. Samsung could launch some other
variants of the phones too with a little bit of tweaks in specifications. There
might be two variants like Plus or XL or something along those lines.
Samsung is the
only famous player in the Tech game trying to revive Tabs while bigger brands
like Microsoft, Apple and Goole are focusing more on Two-in-Ones with Google’s
Pixel C and Microsoft’s Surface Pro. Samsing might be able to create a big
market for Tablets with their S4. And to know the actual specifications of the
S4 you can always visit RW Tech Blog.
